Anti-racist train the trainer programs: A model (1992)

Anti-racist train the trainer program: A model, by Doris Marshall Institute and Arnold Minors & Associates was developed for The Ontario Anti-Racism Secretariat Ministry of Citizenship. According to The Model the programs  “is not training to convince people that racism exists; it is education to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities in people to take leadership roles individually and together in challenging racism and other inequities in their organizations.”

 The model consists of five sections including a summary:

  • “Summary So You Want to Fund/Authorize/Sponsor/Deliveran Anti-Racist Train the Trainer Program …”
  1. “What’s This All About?”
  2. “Who Should Trainers and Participants Be?”
  3. “What Is a Model of an Anti-Racist Train the Trainer Program?”
